Continuing our investment in the community

Better things with Desjardins Insurance

As a leading insurer, State Farm is committed to helping people manage the risks of everyday life and to recover from the unexpected. As State Farm becomes Desjardins Insurance, this commitment continues not only in the products and services we offer, but our involvement in the community. It’s part of the cooperative values that are a part of our DNA.

We partner with strong Canadian charities to help make a positive impact in society and we remain committed to promoting safe communities, healthy lifestyles and financial well-being. Additionally, the Desjardins Foundation works to address issues in education so that our youth can achieve their full potential.

Here are just a few partners we work with:

While a driver's licence is a route to independence for many Canadian teenagers, car crashes are also the leading cause of death for young people between 15 to 20 years of age. We work with Parachute to help make a difference and bring these numbers down.

The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) is Canada's only agency with a legislated national mandate to reduce the harms of alcohol and other drugs on Canadian society. Together with their partners, they help mobilize individual and collective efforts to achieve collective impact on the major health and social issue of problematic substance use.
