Manage your insurance in just a few clicks

Store a vehicle

Fill out the form to store your car or motorhome or to change your storage dates. The information will be sent over to your Desjardins Agent's office for processing.

Note: If your vehicle is in seasonal storage for less than 45 days, you don’t need to let us know.

Fill out the form to tell us about the new driver and we’ll forward your request to your Desjardins Agent's office for processing.

Note: Adding a driver may affect your car insurance premium.

File a claim

Auto insurance claim

  • Follow the steps to describe what happened.
  • Check your coverage, your liability and the deductible to pay.
  • Make an appointment with one of our approved body shops to get a damage estimate.
  • If you use the Desjardins Insurance app to file a claim, you may be eligible to send photos of the damage and save yourself a trip to the shop.

Home insurance claim

Log in to your account and follow the steps to describe what happened. A claims advisor will contact you within 1 business day.

Manage your payments

Check your premium balance, see upcoming payments or change your payment method.

Choose from these payment methods:

  • Pre-authorized payments from your bank account
  • A single annual payment by credit card
  • A single annual payment by cheque or through your financial institution

If you have a new credit card, update your information at least 5 business days before your credit card payment is due.

Change your address

You can change your address online. Simply fill out the form and your request will be sent over to your Desjardins Agent's office for processing.

Note: Changing your address might affect your home or auto insurance premium.

Fill out the form to tell us your new garage address and when you’ll start keeping your car there. The information will be sent over to your Desjardins Agent's office for processing.
